Getting in shape

It's hard to get in shape. I hate school day mornings, all I want to do is seep. I love breakfast but when I'm tired the only thing I want to eat are soft things. Donuts, muffins, pop-tarts, waffles, pancakes, non of those things are healthy. Some days I fell like working out and I'll do a few reps of push ups, around 200 bicycle crunches, go for a run, and then work with some weights. I feel great after my workout but then the next two or three days I'm sore. I rarely eat out because my mom cooks almost every night, but when I do then I usually just get a coke. I never drink cokes at home. Getting in shape is hard.
